About this exhibit

Dual Investment was built on the hourly and day-scale expiry markets of DeepBook Predict, the options venue on Sui. Each time upstream republished its testnet, a shelf disappeared; the last republish left no market the product could trade on. Only upstream can bring those markets back, so subscriptions closed for good.

1. April 2026Built on the 4-16 generation: day-scale and hourly BTC markets, with every quote benchmarked against Binance.
2. June 2026Upstream republished (6-24). Anker migrated, and the Benchmark Recorder kept sampling the day shelf every 15 minutes.
3. August 2026Upstream republished again (8-04) with hourly markets only. The day shelf was gone; the Recorder paused with its archive intact.
4. September 2026Upstream republished once more (9-08) with one- and five-minute markets only — tenors Dual Investment never offered. Anker stopped.

Replays real market data captured on Jul 12, 2026 — three day-scale BTC markets and the Binance products captured with them — through the unchanged quote pipeline. Nothing is tradable.
